The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Small claims court actions for matters within the applicable threshold are also excluded from mandatory arbitration.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award relief on a class-wide basis.

13.4 Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA WAIVE YOUR RESPECTIVE RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES.

14. Term and Termination
